1. Digital Goods: Domains and ready-made platform rentals are digital services. Once provisioned, they are non-refundable.
2. Setup Failures: In the rare event that our system fails to create your domain or admin account after successful payment, a 100% refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
3. Cancellation: You can choose not to renew after your validity expires. However, mid-term cancellations do not qualify for partial refunds.
